This policy explains how Novo Industries, Inc. ("Novo Industries", "we", or "us") handles personal information through our website, Trust Center, product sign-in and communications with us. Novo Industries is the controller of this information. The product policies below cover Novo Work, Novo Life and Novo Agents, including content processed on customers' behalf.

Information and purposes

• Website visits: our hosting provider processes request information, such as IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and secure the site.
• Trust Center visits: our security-portal provider processes visitor information, such as IP address, browser details and pages viewed, to deliver and secure the portal and provide usage analytics.
• Shared sign-in: we and our authentication provider process identity and authentication information, such as name, email, sign-in identifiers, session information and security events, to authenticate you and manage account access. Your chosen identity provider may supply profile information. We need the required sign-in information to provide account access.
• Communications: we use the contact details and information you send us to respond, provide support and handle business, privacy and legal requests.

Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on:

• Contract: to provide account services and take requested pre-contractual steps.
• Legitimate interests: to operate secure websites and accounts, respond to inquiries and manage business relationships.
• Legal obligations: to keep required records and respond to requests as required by law.
• Consent: where required. You can withdraw consent by contacting us.

Google user data

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive identity information needed to authenticate you, such as your name, email address and sign-in identifier. Novo Work and Novo Life may offer Google connections for features such as Mail and Calendar. Where available, connecting them lets the product read and organize your mail, draft and send messages, show your calendar, and make the changes you request. Access depends on the features and permissions you authorize.

We use Google user data to provide the features you request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The Novo Work Privacy Policy and Novo Life Privacy Policy describe each product's handling of connected data, retention, controls and privacy requests.

Recipients, cookies and transfers

We use hosting, sign-in and communications providers for these purposes, as described above. Google or Microsoft also processes information when you choose its sign-in method. Each product's privacy notice explains its service providers and data sharing.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Shared sign-in uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication and security. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling required cookies may prevent sign-in. Product analytics and other product-specific data practices are described in the product policies below.

Novo Industries is based in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Restricted international transfers require applicable safeguards, such as contractual transfer terms. Retention and rights

We retain information for the purposes above, considering the account or business relationship, the need to resolve inquiries, security needs and legal recordkeeping requirements. Product content follows the relevant product policy. We use safeguards designed to protect information; no system is completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or restrict its processing.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
