Payment providers handle card details. Device features require their system permissions. Biometric confirmation returns an authentication result rather than your fingerprint or face template. Only share content you are authorized to use.

AI processing

Novo is AI. Relevant profile, conversation, file, Memory, connected content and instructions are sent to the providers needed to answer and act. Not every request uses every provider.

Novo Life's ordinary language-model turns, delegated work, compaction and fallbacks currently use Amazon Bedrock and Vercel routing. Research may use Perplexity to search the web, read public pages, retrieve financial information and synthesize findings from the submitted research question and context. Optional media, document, search and browser tools use the disclosed providers needed for that work.

We do not use private inputs, outputs, files, connected content or health information to train AI models. Providers process information to supply their services under their applicable terms. You allow core AI processing during setup; it is essential to Novo Life. Account deletion ends that use. Disconnecting an optional service stops future collection from it. Separate consent applies where law requires it, including for particular uses of sensitive information.

Mail, Calendar and saved sign-ins

Google and Microsoft can supply your sign-in identity; Microsoft may also supply an organization identifier. Google Mail, Calendar and Drive connections are unavailable at launch. The Google data descriptions below apply if you later authorize those connections. Mail reads authorized messages, headers, attachments, addresses and signatures to display and search mail and help draft or send it. Calendar reads events, guests and responses to display and change them for you.

Novo Life keeps the private copies these features need, including searchable text, summaries and drafts. Attachments are temporary unless saved to Drive. Calendar ordinarily keeps events from 30 days before to 180 days after today, plus temporary copies of other events you access.

Disconnecting removes the connection's saved copies and credentials. It does not change Google or Microsoft content, or erase information already saved to conversations, Drive or Memory. Delete those copies separately. You can also revoke access at the provider. Authorized website sessions can remain available for later work until removed.

We do not sell Google or Microsoft user data, use it for advertising or train AI with it. Google API information is used and transferred under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Music and health

Spotify and Apple Music provide their catalogs, libraries and playback under their own policies. Music tokens and the seen-song list stay on your phone; saves remain in the connected service. We do not mix the services' content.

Provider content and derived listening profiles never reach Novo's AI, Memory, enrichment or Tables. A mix can store your instructions and title while Music selects tracks. Taste you tell Novo and your own filter choices may become preferences; they are not inferred from provider content. Disconnecting Music does not delete your external library or playlists.

Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains Fitness information, Apple Health, recipients and health-data rights.

Recipients and sharing

The provider register lists hosting, AI, storage, sign-in, payment, email, monitoring and tool recipients. Connected services and store operators may act under their own policies rather than only as our processors.

Your instructions can send information to email recipients, websites and public Apps. Anyone with a public link may access or copy it. We may also disclose information for professional advice, lawful requests, safety, legal rights or a business transfer subject to this notice and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context advertising or use advertising pixels. Necessary cookies and local storage support sign-in, preferences and security. PostHog receives selected product events and account identifiers; Novo Life does not use session replay. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.

Retention and deletion

We retain information to provide the Service and address recovery, security, disputes and legal obligations. Deleted items may remain in Trash or version history until retention cleanup. Account deletion starts permanent deletion of your workspace, content and credentials.

A never-paid trial freezes when it ends and is deleted 30 days later unless you subscribe first. Previously paid accounts have export access for 30 days after the subscription ends; deletion starts after 90 days unless reactivated. Explicit account deletion starts earlier.

Necessary payment, security and legal records may remain. Backups, execution records and provider-held copies follow their retention processes rather than remaining available for ordinary use. Stricter health-data requirements apply where required. Deletion cannot recall copies already delivered elsewhere and does not cancel an Apple subscription; use Apple's subscription controls too.

International processing and your rights

We are based in the United States; suppliers may process information in other countries. Legally required transfer safeguards apply. Contact us for details. Where EU or UK law applies, requested account services rely on contract where appropriate; proportionate security, support and improvement may rely on legitimate interests; required records on legal obligations; and uses requiring consent on that consent. Special-category information needs an additional applicable condition. You can object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without changing earlier lawful processing.

Depending on your location, rights include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal and appeal. Email privacy@novoindustries.co. We verify identity or representatives proportionately, respond within applicable deadlines and explain lawful limits. You may complain to your data-protection authority.

Novo Life is for people 13 or older. Higher local age or parental-permission rules may apply. Report suspected information from a child under 13 so we can investigate and delete it where required. Required device age-range signals are account records, not personalized AI instructions.

We notify you of material changes where required. A policy edit does not itself authorize a new use or recipient.
