Novo Agents Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: May 29, 2026
You may not use Novo Agents, directly or through hosted agents, to create, store, transmit, or distribute illegal content, malware, harassment, threats, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, CSAM, content that exploits minors, or content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Novo Agents to develop weapons or controlled substances, conduct unauthorized surveillance, generate deceptive synthetic media at scale, produce spam, bypass safety systems, disrupt critical infrastructure, conduct credential theft, or provide regulated professional advice without appropriate disclosure and human review.
Platform abuse
You may not attack or probe Novo infrastructure, attempt to access other tenants' data, bypass billing or usage limits, misuse managed tools, submit abusive workloads, or configure adapters intended to exfiltrate secrets or compromise systems.
Customer environments
You are responsible for customer-owned environments, tool servers, event sinks, result handlers, approval hooks, and any side effects they perform. Do not connect endpoints you do not own or have permission to use.
Enforcement
Novo may warn, suspend, throttle, revoke keys, or terminate accounts for violations. Severe violations, illegal activity, CSAM, threats of violence, or imminent safety or service-integrity risk may result in immediate termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
