Novo Life Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Novo Industries, Inc. collects Fitness goals, training preferences, limitations or injuries you describe, workout plans and completion records from you and your activity in Fitness. Health information can include inferences from these records. We use it to plan and track training and answer your fitness requests.

Relevant information may reach the AI, hosting, storage and diagnostic processors in our provider register to perform these purposes. We do not sell consumer health data, use it for targeted advertising, train models with it or geofence health-care facilities. Collection or sharing that requires consent uses the legally required separate permission; processing needed for a specific service you request follows the applicable service rule.

With your device permission, Fitness writes completed workouts to Apple Health; it does not read your Health records. This device permission does not authorize unrelated collection or sharing.

Email privacy@novoindustries.co to request confirmation, access, deletion, consent withdrawal or appeal. Where required, access includes recipient information and deletion reaches processors, other required recipients and archived copies within the statutory period. We verify requests proportionately and do not discriminate against people exercising rights. If an appeal is denied, you may complain to the Washington Attorney General.
